Before reaching the market, Emset® K 360 underwent extensive testing at the Emsland Innovation Center in Emlichheim, Germany.

Researchers evaluated its performance using advanced analytical methods, including ultrasonic monitoring of the hardening process, tensile strength measurements, anti-sagging tests, spreadability assessments and open-time analysis.

The results were convincing: in standard formulations, Emset® K 360 delivered excellent performance across all tested construction systems and even surpassed the Emsland Group’s established product in several construction applications.

As with all starch ether technologies, final performance depends on the complete formulation. The Emsland Group therefore works closely with customers to optimize formulations for specific applications and processing conditions.
