The new training year started in August and once again, the Emsland Group has plenty of motivated trainees who are now beginning a new chapter in their lives.
At the Emlichheim site, 14 new colleagues are beginning this year as chemical technicians, chemical laboratory assistants, mechatronic technicians, electronics technicians, industrial mechanics, and industrial clerks.
They were welcomed by Stefan Hannemann, COO of the Emsland Group, and the respective training representatives. Mr. Hannemann spoke about the opportunity to receive a sound education and the good prospects that would come afterward. He also gave a brief summary of the training he received at the Emsland Group, which has now led to a management position. In this respect, there are many examples of alternative educational paths leading to upper management positions.
To close things out, obligatory safety briefings and IMS instructions were reviewed and a tour of the premises was held before the trainees could get to know their new departments.
The Emsland Group wishes everyone a good start and plenty of success in their training!
