The Emsland Group has once again opened its doors to young students from the region at this year's Future Day. 35 girls and boys visited Future Day on March 28, 2019, and were able to take a look into working life at the Emsland Group.
The participants started the day off by watching a film about the Emsland Group. Afterwards, the students were divided into three groups and visited the laboratory, the metalworking shop and the e-workshop. There were many practical examples that helped students get an idea of the respective professions.
Then the young visitors to the Emsland-Stärke GmbH took a short trip: A visit to the top of the potato starch silo, which offered a breathtaking view of the countryside. A varied and exciting day ended, as always, with a meal in the cafeteria in the staff building of the Emsland Group.
The Emsland Group offers young adults a start in their professional lives and, at the same time, a view into an internationally active and future-oriented company.
