Emjel\u00ae LC 15<\/strong> is a next-generation functional starch that allows manufacturers to produce vegan and vegetarian jellies and gums with the smooth, elastic texture and clear appearance traditionally associated with gelatin \u2014 all under atmospheric cooking conditions. Unlike conventional starch systems that require high temperatures and complex processing, Emjel\u00ae LC 15<\/strong> simplifies production, protects sensitive ingredients, and improves thermostability, maintaining product structure even at elevated temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
