Food Ingredients Europe (Fi Europe) is a must for all manufacturers in the food and beverage industry. This year, the trade show will take place in Frankfurt am Main from November 28 to 30 and will be the biggest so far with a record number of exhibitors and new areas. In four halls, measuring a total of 65,000 square meters, more than 1,500 suppliers will present innovative ingredients for food and beverages.
The Emsland Group will be “setting the stage for innovation” at Food Ingredients Europe 2017. This applies, among other things, to the new fields of application for our Emden® ET 50. Due to its exceptional properties, it can be used not only in the many areas of sweets and candies, but also for dairy and spread applications.
Moreover, new pea protein-based crisps and pea protein isolates from our Empro® range of products will be presented. Here, the Emsland Group offers product solutions with protein-enriched snacks, bars, and shakes
An additional highlight is our Empure® AKJEL 200. This potato booster is a new clean label version especially for baked snacks. At our stand, the chips are served with a spicy and pleasantly hot dip, which is also based on Empure®.
Other highlights include the new varieties of our MKV purees as well as chicken nuggets with gluten-free breadcrumbs, fibers from our Emfibre® EF 60, and a coating from our new Embat® LF.
