In a variety of applications such as bakery, sauces, coatings, snacks and mashed potatoes our Empure®-range provides different functionalities such as thickener, binder, texturizer or expansion regulator comparable to properties only chemically modified starches offer. Empure® F the "Clean Label Potato Flake" completes our comprehensive portfolio with several new potato flakes and potato granules.
Latest innovations are waxy winter barley based products for regular or baked snacks and several coating applications marketed under the new Emglucan® brandname. Recipe formulations that meet required dosage levels will allow in the near future addition of a health claim to your product.
